Lots of different "coffee creamers", especially shelf stable ones, contain no actual dairy. 😂 In college I became vegetarian and had a stint of accidental veganism, mostly because I was broke and can't have much dairy anyway. I didn't really notice. 🤣
I love you and your content since the beginning, so please know I'm not attacking. They might be Vegan but they're certainly not cruelty free due to the palm oil. Don't come at me just research how nasty the palm oil industry is. For me, precious land being cleared, animals & aboriginal people being forced out and killed is not worth my taste buds and stomach.😢
It took me an embarrassing long amount of time to realize that "chicken flavor" or "beef flavor" or "pork flavor" on an ingredient list doesn't mean it contains animal products😅. I always Google and fact check to be sure but it's a good thing to know especially if you're just starting out on an animal cruelty free journey.
bacon bits on salad or baked potatoes is 😋😋😋 most of them are just made of soy cuz it's ✨cheap✨ and it still tastes good! I also learned that Oreos are vegan so I've always got something to snack on at house parties 😎
Aldis sells maple cookies that are vegan (and delicious) Girl Scout cookies from one vendor are mostly vegan, can't remember if it's all the flavors but the thin mints, peanut butter ones, lemon and shortbread were vegan.
The apple pie i make is accidentally vegan. The recipe calls for shortening instead of butter for the crust. It's not just a cost thing. It actually makes the pie crust flakier
I had to go vegan due to my allergies. No corn, wheat, eggs, or dairy. Since most commercial animals are fed corn and wheat, that makes a no for me. 😢❤
The cinceplex popcorn is only vegan if you don’t get extra butter!!!!! The butter they put on as extra does contain dairy (I have two friends who are current employees and have access to nutritional labels)
The only thing that makes no sense to me with veganism is eggs. If you’re vegan for moral reasons, eggs should be allowed shouldn’t they? Hens make eggs without a rooster around so you’ll have eggs regardless.

In the noodles at the bottom somewhere it says "may contain egg products" something like that so that's technically no vegan?????
