I tried this recipe this evening..it came out just lovely crispy n tasty..although I skipped red chilli powder n citric acid..I grated potatoes soaked n drained..later left the shreds ona dry cotton cloth n covered it for an hour..that helped to make the snack easily..thanks for the lovely recipeπ
