I tried making tah-chin for the first time yesterday and based on your recipe and having the outcome almost x2.5 bigger.. I messed up a bit because I forgot to cover the container with foil when putting in the oven, I put it with about 20 minutes delay 🙈 so added a bit of water around and reduced the temperature a bit
Things went well and my guests were very impressed with the taste 🥰 even though the base didn't get golden 🤭
I added some pomegranate sauce, grape syrup (sweet and sour) and roasted walnut pieces to the chicken.. I think it was helpful to enhance the flavor
