  1. Vitamin C and citric acid are not the same thing. Vitamin C is ascorbic acid. Also, I would not recommend making any dessert with a vitamin supplement. Seems a pinch dangerous. You have a platform: respectfully, do a little bit of research before you hurt someone.

  2. love the vegan option! A side note – CITRIC ACID is not typically from citrus, it's usually corn derived in the US and it's a digestive irritant

  4. Hi u say bring it to a simmer at what number on ur stove to u START with n then when do u put it to simmer. Does it need to be warm or hot. I tried simmering from the beginning it took long fir it to warm up
