  1. I also made these and share a similar sentiment. They were unedible. I should've gone with my gut and not followed the recipe that called for 1 tbsp of salt and 1 tbsp of white pepper. Gross, they should definitely revisit the amounts the recipie calls for.

  2. Okay, this looked great so I decided to roll with it even though I don’t like doing recipes where I can’t read reviews. I knew in my heart it wasn’t right but I did it anyway and that’s using a full ass tablespoon of each type of seasoning. Let me tell you, it was so damn salted that my mouth physically burned from the amount that was in it.

Not sure if that is just a typo on your recipe or if you just estimated but I can tell you now, I’ve never seen anyone use a whole TABLESPOON of salt on anything, even large cuts of meat. I should’ve known better and should’ve gone with my gut because these Brussels sprouts I made are literally inedible. If someone managed to get these down they’d have a damn stroke from all the sodium.

  3. Try steaming halved brussels with chopped apples them transfer to skillet in which you cooked some bacon. Add a few blueberries. Add cinnamon, a bit of pumpin pie spice. A couple pats of butter.
The blue berries will chane the color of apples loved it for breakfast.

  4. It's wintertime here in Germany. So we have a lot of brussel sprouts in the garden. Your recipe is one of the best ever. And it's true that so many people, not like the brussel sprouts, are in love with that recipe!!
