Geez louise i want this soooo bad..it kind of reminds me of a dish my native momma used to make. It was a leftover dish, what i mean is the rice we didnt finish
the day before.. and whatever beans or peas we had. Shed use whatever meat we had, usually turkey neck, oxtail, pig feet, it was always a fatty meat, and she would make it pretty much exactly the same way. But we have never put coconut in it.. I bet the coconut milk tastes delicious!!
