Thanks Chef Billy! This recipe worked out great!! I have always loved ordering Chicken Parmesan at restaurants but have never tried to tackle it at home. I was actually surprised how easily it comes together and the additional bake time allows you to make sure your sides are ready to go at the same time! I made a light scampi sauce recipe that I have made many times in the past and tossed the linguini noodles in that……. What a great meal! Thanks for all you do on your channel!

This is one of the easiest and most delicious recipes for chicken parm that I have ever made. So flavorful, but I must admit that I did use Italian seasoned Panko bread crumbs. It was all that I had, but it worked out wonderfully. I was worried about having the oven so high, so only turned the temp to 425 degrees, but then I found that the cheese melted too much and spread everywhere on the baking sheet. If I had turned the temp as high as the recipe called for, would that spreading had been less? Just curious π
