Hello Chef and thank you for this video.
Our large oven has passed away, so no more large tray.
Can I use a toaster oven with silicone cupcake molds?
Thanks Chef!
❤❤❤❤amazing health pumb ❤❤❤❤
No amounts mentioned for cheese?
Needed to make croissants for a french extra credit project but I ended up only having one night and one morning, so last night I searched what to make and found this! Thanks for saving my grade! This will bump me up from 89 to 90!
Wow I watched french chefs do this woth 2 cups of flour and 3 eggs. The egg to flour consistency has me baffled.
Butter in grams please?
No googere ! Gougeres 🇫🇷🇫🇷🇫🇷💟Like spell , Google ! Googeres – GOUGERES. Merci
These are fabulous!
Is it possible to make these and then refrigerate for a while before baking?
Can I use a small ice cream scoop instead of piping? I can't pipe for the love of me.
I love the length of the video. Ideally I would prefer not more than 5 min video. But this is also very good.
Wow….I'm so happy I found your channel. I've wanted to make these for a long time but assumed they were difficult. You have made this so easy to follow and I love you explanations. I learned so much from you in this short video. I had no idea this was the same recipe one would use for churros. I've made churros several times and never knew it was essentially the same dough. You are amazing! I've liked and subscribed to your channel. Now I'm going to binge watch your videos today
You are the best but can I make this with a wheat free flour .
I love how you go thru the recipe and explain with all the detail and the added fundamentals . So good to follow . Thank you a brilliant cooking class.
I just realized why Chef Billy looks so familiar… He is a doppelganger for John Ritter, part of the 70's hit TV show Three's Company….
such a good recipe! stoked to make this for dinner ahah 😛 gonna have to maybe think of something to pair it with
As usual!
Another amazingly delicious recepit!
Thank you for your teaching tricks, versatility and professionalism!
😋😋😋⚘⚘⚘
That South Park reference was completely unexpected 😆
Man all the cheese I have is mozzarella 😫

Wanted to make some cucumber 🥒 sandwiches 🥪 for picnic but now I changed my mind after watching this recipe thank you just one question is one stick of butter 125g ???
That looks awesome but I live in high altitude and every time I make pâte a choux here they don’t rise. Any tip to make these kind of recipes in altitude?
I subbed and it went 49.9k to 50k ayeee
I followed recipe step by step EXACTLY and the dough was too runny! I ended up having to add about another cup of flour after the cheese. What gives?!
Haven’t heard someone say ‘mise en place’ since middle school. 🥴
Hello😯😶🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤
Thank you for sharing how to make this delicious dessert. Can't wait to to make it.
its taste, i like it
ギター弾きすぎて指痛いねんけどどうしよ?
Can these be taken to a get together and still be tasty if they’ve cooled off completely?
Tried this yesterday. My dough war runnier that his for some reason, which was a pain when using the piping bag, but the results were delicious nonetheless
Good evening! I did half amount. (40 is too many for us) The dough was very runny so I had to add 4 spoons of flour after the cheese. Is that normal? Did this happen because I did half quantity? They smell delicious, but they look more like disks. Still in the oven.
super informative! absolutely love all your videos. i learn so much ☺️
Love these delicious evening snacks…
I’m about to try this, but all I have are sliced cheese. I’ll just cut them up finely and see how it goes.
Great recipe! Very informative. Love how you teach a fundamental technique like making a choux dough alongside the recipe. This is surprisingly simple; I have all the ingredients at home already! I just have a little question: if I don’t have any type of piping bag, can I use a Ziplock bag with a hole cut out at the corner? Thanks again for blessing us with these AMAZING recipes and high quality videos!!!!
Awesome!!
I love how you give the fundamentals for these recipes.
Got all of it in my pantry, I'm trying those this afternoon looks like a really yummy snack.
