  1. Oh yeah!!! Im a from scratch gal myself. I do use my Instapot to cook the chickpeas. I add the baking soda to soak overnight and drain and rinse it before cooking.

    I’m also very fond of the traditional cooking practices and understand that the art of preparing different dishes/recipes etc. Doesn’t always fit into our western Society idea of quick and instant-gratification, however, just know that there were others who believe in this traditional process, support and truly enjoy/benefit from you sharing your advice on these methods 🫶❤️

  4. Take the ADDED oil out of your diet. I think all these oils, that have NEVER been in our diets before are the main problem and why people are so fat. Science keeps trying to convince us that this this or that oil is better for us. I think the real problem is, "IS ANY OIL GOOD FOR US? The next thing is Dairy products.
