Hi. I'd like to make this for a party but I have a lot to do on the day. Can I make this the night before and keep it in the fridge? I'm alittle worried it will turn in to a solid block.
Firni is really delicious. I've only had it in restaurants however.

Dear Aunty-ji, which blender do you use? It seems convenient as it has a screw-on lid that keeps the contents from leaking when it is removed from the motor. Thank you for your recipes. I lived in India (Dehra Dun) for 5 years and then in Nepal for 3 years and even though I do not look Indian on the outside, I am definitely Indian on the inside! I am obsessed with Bollywood, especially Shahrukh Khan, the Bhachan's, I did love Ek Tha Tiger) and other of the nicer movies! Jai Hind!
Lovely recipe.Will be trying soon.
Thank you ,Manjula
