Please stop misleading your audience. Risotto is best prepared using Carnaroli Rice.
Arborio rice is highly recommended, but it is best to stick to Carnaroli, especially if you are a beginner, because Carnaroli offers the least risk of getting overcooked, and also has a higher nutritional value and starch content than Arborio, thus it makes for a more creamier Risotto.
Plus, it is also called the βKing of Italian Riceβ. There is a reason why it is always insisted upon for preparing a Risotto at high end restaurants.

Actually risotto is a pretty complicated dish. However for home cooks please try it. I don't do all of the things asked here. For example, I never heat my stock, but that is due to me knowing how the rice will react. The biggest challenge is knowing when to bring it off the heat. At Al dente, or better yet slightly less, remove from heat, add butter cream or other herbs and parma. It will continue to cook!, That is your challenge, making sure the resting risotto doesn't over thicken from sitting…

Thankyou.
Ill never understand people who think cooking is easy. The video lists like a thousand steps and then concludes by saying that risotto is really not that hard to make. lol!
Your pronunciation of "risotto" was so off it was unwatchable. I encourage you to learn how to pronounce the word. It's painful to hear someone say risotto like you do.
