I too watched your recipe for gujias.I had to make something in return for the goodies that some of our neighbours had given us on occasion of Ganesh Chathurthi.Very good but I did not understand the whipping cream . is it procured from market or is it homemade? Can we use malai?Do reply. I used Amol whipping cream which I bought from market and it was too liquid that I had to heat the cream for very long time before it could solidify e bit. This is confusing to me. How can you heat cream like that?
thanks for sharing..i followed ur recipe and exact measurements it turned out v good. however i think i over stuffed little bit so the mixture came out while frying and gujiya shapes became little different..and they were total 18 gujiyas in number
