  1. Minor correction about gluten/keto: gluten IS totally okay in moderation in keto, since it's just protein. So seitan etc. are keto-friendly. It's the starch in wheat (and any other grain/tuber/nut you're using to make flour) that makes it non-keto. The ketogenic diet is just high fat, moderate-low protein, low-no carb; nothing specifically to do with grains/wheat.

  2. i tried pasta chips yesterday…not a fan, it was so hard to bite while some weren't crispy enough and tasted like uncooked pasta (and i cooked mine for 15min b4 airfrying). i had to throw it away bc it was that inedible, ill stick to normal pasta next time. really disappointed :/

  3. Feta pasta: i add onion 🧅, whole garlic, chili flakes and honey (or whatever vegan alternatives) and thyme. I swear it is the best version and yeah you need that splash of pasta water for sure
