Thank you. Waiting for my pot to arrive today. Can't wait. Your simple instructions are very much appreciated. Thanks so much!
Is instant pot better than other multicooker like Phillips one when it comes to Vegan cooking like lentil, beans etc.?
I just got an Instant Pot. This is so helpful! Thank you!
Love my IP. Learning curve may vary for folks. Keep experimenting and soon you are a pro. Bon appetit!
10 minutes for a sweat potato? I have to cook mine for at least 30 minutes in my instant pot ๐ค
I wouldn't recommend cooking with aluminum. A great doctor once said "There'd be no Alzheimer's if there were no aluminum in the brain."
Loved this!
I'm getting this for Christmas, so my meal prep game is going to become next level! ๐
Hi, Candice! If I'm a vegan living alone and want to do meal prep… would you reccommend a 6 quart or 8 quart instant pot?
You can tell a lot about a person by the way they treat their dog. I guess Iโll be going now too.
Bad vegan channel. Bad.

These aren't hacks they're just recipes or instructions. You didn't hack your instant pot, you just used it.
Thank you so much.
Did the quinoa for a minute (first time ever cooking it period, let alone in an Instant Pot) and used vegetable broth stead of water. Wow!

aluminum foil balls on pot bottom for steaming,,, BAD IDEA, ALUMINUM IS A TOXIC METAL, ESPECIALLY HEATED.
Good morning ๐ hold on I have a question, but am currently trying not to fall in love with you….. Ok ok I think I've collected myself enough just don't look me in the eyes or I'm fucked…. But anyway my question about cooking the beans. Shouldn't we be soaking the beans and draining and rinsing that water away before putting it in the insta pot?? What about phytic acid?? Doesn't soaking reduce a lot of this?
If you put Qunioa or oatmeal directly into a stainless steel or glass jar and put this in the Instant Pot, you can eat directly from it without refilling. For example, with this method lentils can be placed directly in the refrigerator without refilling after cooking. It's a little easier.
Great video. Very helpful and to the point. One thing is that we should never let any aluminum come in contact with our food or water as we want to keep our brain cells. Thanks for your work. great job
can you steam seitan in there with the pressure setting?
