  1. Why would one need to consume all if those extra bits if one's diet is already optimal?

    The definition of supplement is to help complete or enhance something, so how is a vegan diet optimal and complete without thise extra things you need to huy?

  2. The way you do it. Is healthy yea. It’s the “vegans” that eat nothing but impossible burgers and like the garden fake meats. That aren’t healthy

  3. What I don’t get is why people care. Despite whether you eat a plant-based diet for health, for ethics, or the earth, it’s still a choice we make for our bodies. It doesn’t affect anyone else, especially strangers that just chime in on the comments to tell you you’re doing it wrong. I feel fine and I don’t need someone telling me that keto, or some other thing is better. Sorry for the rant. Keep up the good work, Candace.

I find myself arguing about nutrition with obese people ,people with heath problems, high blood pressure etc ..its crazy one of my mates has had a triple heart bypass and still mocks me for being vegan .I'm youthful looking ,fit ,healthy, happy ..9 years vegan and its incredible how the general sick meat eater I know still have this level of insanity 😳..I used to say its cognitive dissonance but I can't be ,I think it's just willful ignorance and pure jealousy..Still baffles me

  5. I was eating dominos double cheese burst pizza with double meat toppings and extra cheese every single day and eating chinese food hogging on steaks and none of my friend ever batted a eyelid. Some of them loved the way I eat so much. As soon as I went vegan they all are like dude are you ok you should talk to a doctor. If you are worried about animal cruelty then I can get you countryside raised hens and eggs. When I was eating processed chicken nobody wanted me to eat countryside organic hens or eggs.

  7. This has always bothered me. No one ever questioned my health, my weight, or my nutrition until I went vegetarian. Now that I’m vegan and it’s even worse.

    My Lovely wife and I,81 and 80,have been NO meat,fish,dairy or eggs for 25 years.
    Healthy,fit,active,happy and content.
    NO health issues or medications.
    Only supplements B12 and vitamin D3.
    Works a treat for us 😊.

I'm vegan so I wanna stress that my criticism is not of complement, or of your sponsorship but I just wanna say, your wording makes it sound like these vitamins work better if you are vegan, and that just isn't true. If you consume something that your body needs it'll use it regardless of what you eat alongside it. Maybe I'm hearing it weird, but yeah

  10. The thing is that normal eating people get twice the amount of protein and vegans get 1 1/2 times as much as is needed. But everyone is like: PROOOTEIN. You are gonna die without it.

  11. I have tried Herbaland (started with your pack actually, until they ran out), then have been taking Ritual for 6 months, but going back to Herbaland just the woman’s daily multi and the D3/B12. What are you finding different with Compliment? Maybe something to try next. Ritual was way too expensive to justify/sustain (also used the Synbiotic+ so together was about $140/month CAD!!)

  12. There are vegans who are healthy and vegans who aren't, I think the difference is those who are invested in being healthy and learning how to create nutritional meals and pay attention to nutrient intake
    And those who just wanna eat a bag of chips on the couch lol

  13. it’s so empirically false. as an OBGYN, i can tell you there are hundreds of articles out there proving the bloodwork and health data of plant-based patients to be far healthier than our necrovore counterparts.

  14. My partner and I have taken complement essentials since transitioning to veganism four years ago! Our yearly blood tests are stellar and I’ve never felt better. Planning a vegan diet is much simpler than we ever thought it could be.
