pls share your childhood and your mothers recipe I love ur old recipes
If i want to make it lowcarb what can i use instead of the bread crumbs thanks
Thanks Majula! Â I love your recipes! Â I was making sandesh when my paneer became too soft after mixing in the sugar (not sure why that happened). Â I wasn't sure what to do and then I found this! Â Totally saved me so I don't waste the paneer! Â Only difference was I put in ground fennel rather than cardamom (I didn't have any) and people loved it!
I love your recipes Manjula auntie. You're simply the best! 🙂
Thank u Aunty 🙂 will let u know once i try this in the microwave…
You can make this in microwave but I have always made in oven, so my suggestion will be cook 2 minutes at a time and check

Hi Aunti, I like all your recipies and I try them in the evening. I stay with my husband and 4year daughter and I feel it ad my mother's kitchen. Why don't u try easy icecream recipies?
you know this is how we make rasmali in pakistan……we make the rasgulla like this and soak it in the milk……..it comes out great
Please check my website for details
bread crumb has to be fresh, break the bread in very small pieces take 1/4 cup of milk and mix it by hand and the add every thing else. This can be done without food processor.
as usual excellent recipe. Thanks you soooo much
That's an interesting new way for me to use paneer. Thanks Manjula.
Manjula is THE BEST !!! She has demystified vegetarian Indian cooking for those of us who are Cooking Impaired. THANK YOU !!!!!

you can refregerate this for a week or freeze for months
I wonder if I can use something like Ricotta cheese instead of homemade paneer
Sounds Good!
