Hi Aunty…I will appreciate for some suggestions as I had trouble in the result my mawa (Khoya) ice cream doesnt freeze or firm? It came out only thick liquid consistency…I added 1.5 lr milk made it half quantity + 25% of mawa and sugar and 4 tbsp corn flour mixture at last…I put in airtight plastic container but seems it didnt set or firm,,,what could be reason? Now how to set it ? Should i try to put in aluminium pot? Please help as i think i didnt use anything in perfect measurement.. and so didnt get result,..what you think please help..

Thanks aunty. I tried this acc to your instructions and it came out great. My friends and family loved it. I didn't have pistachios though, so substituted with almonds, and had to substitute bread with 4 tiger biscuits! Still turned out good!
