  1. Putting mayo on any fish to keep it moist is an old cooking tip. I love mixing it with Dijon mustard, sriracha, or even pesto and then baking it. Each add-in brings out a different flavor and you never taste the mayo. Sriracha mayo on Salmon with some toasted sesame seeds and then undercooked a bit is just fantastic. Enjoy!
