This is my most favourite dessert… and now I know how to make it for myself (I watched your video how to make rasgulla already!) – I can't wait to try.
Dear Manjula, can we use khoya to thicken the milk to make rasmalai?
Your cooking videos are so clearly done and easy to follow. I'm going to make the rasgulla for my indian friends (I will make it once for myself then another time for them). I think they will be pleasantly surprised! Thank you for taking the time to do these videos, they are not just for Indians either.
watching you cook is like watching my mother cook. š
best recipe thanks
Next time knead the paneer more; check the derailed method on my web site.
Thank you Aunty Manjula!! You are very sweet, and your recipes are great and simple to follow. Ras Malai is also my favorite dessert.

Mazeda then you did not squeeze the enough water from paneer.
your recipies are very simple and very good.. thanks
Actually it was a bit watery? I tried making them in to balls but it stuck to my hand
So I left it to srain for a furthur couple of hours
Then knead the curd in to balls
I still failed
Paneer could be very dry or you did not knead the paneer
Hi
