  1. The music sounded like the background music from the song "How Bizarre" by OMC, which is a good thing because I love that song lol. Pasta looked great too. Can I use almonds instead of cashews though?

  2. Just curious. I'm not vegan or vegetarian. However I do like a lot of veggie partially cuz I'm trying to lose weight and because I like veggies. I've seen people make cauliflower crusts but they use cheese as a Β binder. I'm seriously trying to eat in a healthy way and fatless cheese, thou lower in calories, it also doesn't melt and therefore act as a binder. Any suggestions?

  3. While vegan junk food isn't sustainable, or obviously the healthiest, it's nice on occasion and I adore you and your videos. My favorite go to for transition and or party/get together recipes. You're the boumb. Likeded and subscribed btw.

  4. I just wanted to let you know that cashews aren't actually raw! I, myself, actually just found this out. Apparently you can't even extract the cashew itself without heating it up. It's just food for though I guess! I live for your videos, btw. Stay wonderful!

  5. HOLY SHIT THIS IS AWESOME! Eating it right now, I lurvre it! I heated the sauce up in the vitamix (same way you make soup) and had the zucchini sitting on the counter a bit before I used it – so it wasn't freezing cold. I also chopped up some tomato and mixed it in the zucchini. This is soooo gooooood! XD

  6. What is amazing is a thai peanut sauce on this zucchini pasta. Peanuts are high in monounsaturated fats and has a good amount of magnesium which should work well for your anti-inflammatory diet.

    Serves 4
    2 tablespoons water
    ΒΌ cup creamy peanut butter
    2 tablespoons tamari
    1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
    2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons chopped unsalted peanuts, for garnish (optional)

  7. Do it Angie! A friend of mine has swapped out the tomato sauce I made in this vid with a thai peanut sauce, and I've got to say… it's perhaps more awesome!
