    I have made your samosas in the past and have had rave reviews from my friends.ย  This last time, I tried something different–I baked them using my canola oil sprayer (and putting them in the oven for twenty minutes or so at 350 degrees) instead of deep frying them (I thought it would be healthier because I was a bit alarmed at the amount of cooking oil I was using).ย  They were delicious.
    I also used your recipe for hari chutney.ย  What a great pairing.
