When you preheat the oven to, place a pan of hot water on the lowest level of the oven. Bake as instructed. Take the pan out and Flip the bread over 10 minutes before the end. The bread will be crunchy if you like it that way.
Nothing worse than someone who posts a video of a recipe with a link to a ad congested blog post about the recipe. Just POST IT IN THE DESCRIPTION! No one cares why you started baking or how you found out about baking bread.

I like to pre-prep everything and it's super useful to know when I can either put stuff in the freezer for later, or fridge or whatever so I can do the final cooking later. That's how I do 90% of my cooking (and I bet I'm not alone 😉)
