Hi Manjula,
Thanks for your uploads. I am very greatful and am trying quite a few recipes of yours. I am not quite sure about the flour. Is wholemeal flour the same as wholeweat flour. It just is that in the shops I have looked they don't sell wholeweat flour. Can I use chapati flour or wholemeal flour?
this is very interesting and i'm gonna try it.
At the moment the way i make mine is add the spinach at the first stage of making roti dough, so actually mixing the atta and spinach together, i also add ginger and garlic too.
how do your parathas puff up so nicely? Please help me as mine doesn't come so nicely…what is the trick? Is there a particular brand of atta thar I should buy?

I just have one question….when I make any parathas…they don't puff up as thry do for you…why is that so?Can I ask which brand atta do you use? I bought Swad atta last time from Indian stores..but could you please give me a solution for my parathas not puffing up like yours do?Thanks a lot.
