Hi I did write your recipe it looks very tasty , for staffing it calls for 2 cups of spinach , 1/2 tsp of cumin, 1/2 tsp of cumin, 1/2tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp of red crush chili flakes , 1 tsp of oil , and please tell me the other ingredient I can not understand it , I am learning to speak English….     Hi Manjula,
    Thanks for your uploads. I am very greatful and am trying quite a few recipes of yours. I am not quite sure about the flour. Is wholemeal flour the same as wholeweat flour. It just is that in the shops I have looked they don't sell wholeweat flour. Can I use chapati flour or wholemeal flour?

  4. this is very interesting and i'm gonna try it.
    At the moment the way i make mine is add the spinach at the first stage of making roti dough, so actually mixing the atta and spinach together, i also add ginger and garlic too.

  5. hello manjula, these parathas look great and I want to trty them today. I just have one question….when I make any parathas…they don't puff up as thry do for you…why is that so?Can I ask which brand atta do you use? I bought Swad atta last time from Indian stores..but could you please give me a solution for my parathas not puffing up like yours do?Thanks a lot.
