I always feel like the term "accidentally vegan" is a bit of an insult to the people who create these foods. I assume they know their business and they do what they deliberately, if it's vegan it's vegan on purpose – even if the marketing doesn't make a big deal of it.

i remember i had an allergic reaction to the thai peanut bowl. i was on antibiotics and decided to have a nice bowl of noodles for dinner. i ended up with bloody skin and having to walk to a overnight cvs since it was the middle of the night. great times lol
