  1. Jalapenos do a number on my hands too. Thanks for the oil tip, I will try it out. Where is your cooking pot from (Indian grocery store)? I love how its similar to cooking in a bowl.

  2. Delicious as usual Manjula.. next time i make this I will mix the cornstarch with a bit of water before adding as it formed little white lumps. But it was superb. I substituted curry patha for the bay leaves as I didn't have that. My husband says he likes to look at you in the kitchen.. you remind him of his dear aunt. Good job Manula.
