Great idea to jazz up boxed brownies!! I've made a version of black bean brownies into brownie "little bites". You're coffee idea is an incredible addition.

For anyone skep of the black beans or coffee – don't be. Cocoa is an extremely bossy flavor. The coffee is there to enhance the chocolate flavor, and the black beans are there to take place of the eggs and butter. Outside of North America, black beans are typically used in desserts anyway.
AFAIK butter is an animal byproduct and is not vegan.

Ingredients
¾ cup brewed coffee
1-15 oz can of black beans, drained & rinsed (keep the aquafaba for baking!)
1 package brownie mix
1 cup chocolate chips, divided (optional)
