Ok, I have made the French toast from your book. Are you kidding me? The ‘egg’ mixture for dipping is SPOT ON! My kids loved it! I doubled the recipe since I had a large fluffy French loaf, but this was delicious. Can’t wait to make my way through the rest of the book

If you can deep fry it it is going to be delicious whether it wants to be or not. Deep fry your salads or your office equipment or your spatulas and taste the difference. Point being that vegan corn dogs are super bomb.
