    Am mainly here for the red wine-vinegar-soy formula. How do you spell the French name for it? (I never learned French in high school) It seems like a sauce that would do best with beef or lamb but then, I'm not the expert here. Would it work with any kind of white fish, in your opinion?

  3. My 13 year old thinks he might want to be a chef when he grows up. He found this recipe because he decided he wants to start trying foods cooked with wine. He has high functioning autism and use to eat bland, flavorless foods but has recently decided that he wants to broaden his palate. He LOVES this recipe and in fact, our whole family LOVES this recipe. We make it at least once a week as it stands..🀣
