  1. We went to Niagara Falls last August and were looking for vegan options as well. In the beginning it was hard (we just came from NYC and found vegan food everywhere). But we were asking around and everyone was trying to help us. We got a great hint: There's an Indian Bistro. You can ask for vegan options. It was delicious and the staff was really friendly.

  2. Hi, I'm new to your world! Thanks for all the yummy recipes, starting this journey doesn't seem so boring. You said in this video you'd like to do more how to's. Why not do a meal prep one? I'm trouble at planning my foods and it'd be nice to have like a week worth of lunches or breakfasts to just grab and go. I very rarely have time to make elaborate breakfasts/lunches. I have time to make a good dinner, but I don't really like leftovers…Ah! Thanks again! <3

  3. This video is So Funny. I went to Niagra I didn't get a goodie bag 😞. Only one thing I would omit the Coffee because it decreases the blood flow to the brain and it is highly addictive and detremental to the body. I watch your channel to get vegan food ideas. I am trying to adopt a Total Vegan lifestyle and Healthy living.

  4. Looks like this was a blast! I think the biggest thing I am struggling with is if a product is vegan and getting to know ALL of the ingredients and brands that are not. That's my biggest obstacle as a newly transitioned vegan. 🙂 Help?!

  5. I just tried making a raw vegan "cheesecake" and I know I did something wrong or missed a step (…or something) because the cashew filling (I soaked them overnight) was grainy. No matter how long I blended it, it just wouldn't get smooth/creamy enough.
    Here's where I think I could have gone wrong:
    1. The water I soaked the cashews in was cold, not room temperature.
    2. My food processor isn't strong enough/my blades are dulling out. (Ninja brand)
    3. I got something wrong with my measurements.

    Do you know what I could have done wrong and how I can fix it next time? TIA, I love you 🙂 <3

  6. i want to learn more about how to be a healthy vegan (simple) not too simple it can be a little complicated my problem is i dont have access to alot of different escotic spices and i would literally go to the store and spend all this money putting together stuff i dont like or is bland and find myself eating alot of garden products (frozen vegan foods) thats processed and high in sodium probably i want you to do more videos that incooperate cool salads or just healthy what i eat in day or just a grocery haul is it best to go weekly or biweekly (i go bi weekly and sometimes food goes bad because i forgot what i brought it for) i also just recently got an upper respiratory infection so i really dont think im doing junk vegan or health it all the way right luckily im not fat or ill be highly disappointmented lol please help

I am struggling with putting together a vegan diabetic meal plan- fruit is limited- some fruit is just a big NO- and bread sadly can't play a big part in the overall life change meal nutritional plan and other than stevia monk fruit or a little bit of honey no sugar OMG!! Clutching an overpriced organic Brussels sprout to my bosom and pretty much stuck on stupid- Help please!?!
