Yum! Just made this and they're so 'airy-fairy'! Had it over a bed of rice and put spicy vegan ranch dressing on top. Great recipe. Thanks!
To people who won't use oil get a life Jesus you want to take all flavor out of food. Second I hardly ever have aqua Fava. Instead mix some corn or potatoes starch and water. Not opening a can just to get something like that. I'd add dill and parsley and some vegan cheese in too. You should rec a nice dip for this like the comment below me. These have to be dipped.
These are so good dipped in sweet chilli sauce
I just found you, subscribed and now I’m making fritters in my “Dash”
😋
What did you do with the seeds? Did you grate the skin? Looks like you did.
Thanks!!!
The word is dehydrate.
Please u talk way too much. I had to stop watching u sorry!!!!!
PLEASE find me a DELICIOUS way to cook okra!! 😩
PLEASE find me a DELICIOUS way to cook okra! 😩
can these be frozen ?
My sister made us some but added grated carrot and green onion! Looks great!
From my own experience, don't start the keto diet. It's just so hard on the body and outright dangerous. Listen to your doctors. I tried the Agoge diet and I lost so much of that persistent belly fat.
OMG! That half of a zucchini you held up in the opening is larger than most zuc's I get at the store!! Wow!
nom. these look great!
gotta save that drained water.
i bet it has vitamins. <3
I don't eat flour or oil…. but I could substitute the flour and the oil and bake them. Have you tried quinoa flour or any other flours?
I just made these. They’re so good. Wish I could show u a pic.
I was today year's old when I learned about aquafaba.
Love Zucchini cakes. Those look yummy.
Mine will be going into the oil-free fryer, Cheers!!!
Good food👍❤️
After you think you’re gotten all the liquid out of your zucchini, take a clean tea towel and put it inside and twist and spin it around. Or use a salad spinner. You’ll be shocked how much more liquid is removed. Zucchini is great in brownies and cakes too. Great way to sneak veggies in for the kiddos. Lol.
I love this recipe , it is such a great base to be creative in the kitchen and still use up your zucchinis 😍 thank you
Any idea how much of that tsp of salt you added in the beginning remained after the liquid ended up in the bowl beneath the strainer? I’m watching my sodium intake. Thanks for this yummy looking zucchini dish!
Great recipe, you're using ingredients I would never thought of, like aquafava and regular flour. I've made the with a flax meal egg and chickpea flour. Yours is a must try.
What’s the fun in baking them? how about not getting heart disease!
looks lovely but where is the list of ingredients please 😊
i just made them for my salad bowl and omg they are THE SHIT. now i don't just wait for zucchini leftovers from my veggie sheet cutter and will defo make these with whole zucchinis!
I grow my own Zucchinis.
There are still some 'Burgers' in my Freezer 😁
Definitely going to try this!
Looks yummy!
Another recipe with zucchini, sauté thinly sliced zucchini with garlic in EVO, use to season pasta and add vegan parmesan. 😉
Will it work if aquafaba is substituted for flax egg and almond or coconut flour instead of regular flour? I'm doing keto right now, so can't use those original ingredients.
This looks so good! I wonder if I could use chickpea flour? I have loads of it at home.
Joke's on you this is the only way I cook Zucchini because Zoodles are gross after the first time eating them.
Hi Candice, great the way you make your recipes vegan. Which I would like to see is: gypsy snitzel. I used to always eat these when I came to Germany, I loved the Ziegeunersauce and the sntizel. Nowhere else could you eat such a good snitzel as in Germany so it would be great if you could make this vegan for me.
